這兩個禮拜一直追看NBA決賽。Lakers輸了第五場，看網上評論時見到高比仔賽後話："We've regressed since Game 1," Bryant said after the game. "Our defense belongs on milk cartons in the last two games."

不明白regressed這字，於是查Google字典：

"When people or things regress, they return to an earlier and less advanced stage of development."

再看Google所舉的例子，竟正正用了高比仔的話做例子。快得佢。
